1:1 Meditation Training

Over the course of 3 sessions, Courtney will help you to establish your own, consistent meditation practice. In these sessions, you will learn the SATTVA Meditation technique which is a kriya-based mantra-based system stemming from the SATTVA Yogi-Vedantic Tradition. This comprehensive, simple, and effective technique when practiced on a consistent basis can benefit all aspects of oneself. You will learn all the necessary aspects of meditation, and the technique, as well as be initiated into your own personal mantra.

1:1 Breathwork Journey
